OUR STAFF

Here are just a few of the staff that make up Hyped.

Mandy Goodenough

Head of Function – Children, Young People & Families

What I do:  I’m responsible for the strategic direction of Hyped, which includes exploring new business opportunities, developing services and staff to deliver excellent and high-quality services.  I joined BCHA / Hyped in February 2008, and have many years’ experience working in supported housing and with young people.

Something you didn’t know about me:  I live the “Good Life” growing my own vegetables and owning two chickens.

Dawn Marugame

Hyped Accommodation Manager

What I do:  I work alongside the Head of Function to deliver strategic objectives for Hyped – from seeking and implementing new business to developing existing services.  Above all, my job is about ensuring we provide consistent and high-quality services for young people.  I’ve been working with young people at BCHA / Hyped since 1999.

Something you didn’t know about me:  I lived on a concrete boat for six months with no electricity - it was designed to be sailed in the Arctic.

Lianne

Lianne Paddison-Casbierd

Hyped Team Manager – Poole & East Dorset Services

What I do:   It’s my job to oversee the services, staff and young people in Poole and East Dorset.  I’ve been with BCHA / Hyped since 2003 and have been a support worker delivering housing advice.

Something you didn’t know about me:  My lifelong ambition is to go to Peru in South America and visit Machu Picchu built by the ancient Incas.

Jenny Bronson

Hyped Team Manager – Bournemouth Services

What I do:   I am responsible for overseeing the services, staff and young people in Hyped’s accommodation in Bournemouth.  I have been working with young people since 1995 – I started as a telephone counsellor for Childline in London.  I joined BCHA / Hyped in 2003.

Something you didn’t know about me: I'm obsessed by my two Jack Russell dogs - and think they should run Parliament!

Amy Callaway

Hyped Team Manager – Oxford Services

What I do: I’m responsible for overseeing the staff and young people at One Foot Forward, our supported housing service in Oxford.  I joined BCHA / Hyped in February 2009.

Something you didn’t know about me: I put my literary and creative talents to test at junior school - they were published in a poetry book called 'when I was ten'.
