Mandy Goodenough
Head of Function – Children, Young People & Families
What I do:
I’m responsible for the strategic direction of Hyped, which includes exploring new business opportunities, developing services and staff to deliver excellent and high-quality services. I joined BCHA / Hyped in February 2008, and have many years’ experience working in supported housing and with young people.
Something you didn’t know about me:
I live the “Good Life” growing my own vegetables and owning two chickens.

Dawn Marugame
Hyped Accommodation Manager
What I do: I work alongside the Head of Function to deliver strategic objectives for Hyped – from seeking and implementing new business to developing existing services. Above all, my job is about ensuring we provide consistent and high-quality services for young people. I’ve been working with young people at BCHA / Hyped since 1999.
Something you didn’t know about me:
I lived on a concrete boat for six months with no electricity - it was designed to be sailed in the Arctic.

Lianne Paddison-Casbierd
Hyped Team Manager – Poole & East Dorset Services
What I do:
It’s my job to oversee the services, staff and young people in Poole and East Dorset. I’ve been with BCHA / Hyped since 2003 and have been a support worker delivering housing advice.
Something you didn’t know about me:
My lifelong ambition is to go to Peru in South America and visit Machu Picchu built by the ancient Incas.

Jenny Bronson
Hyped Team Manager – Bournemouth Services
What I do:
I am responsible for overseeing the services, staff and young people in Hyped’s accommodation in Bournemouth. I have been working with young people since 1995 – I started as a telephone counsellor for Childline in London. I joined BCHA / Hyped in 2003.
Something you didn’t know about me: I'm obsessed by my two Jack Russell dogs - and think they should run Parliament!

Amy Callaway
Hyped Team Manager – Oxford Services
What I do: I’m responsible for overseeing the staff and young people at One Foot Forward, our supported housing service in Oxford. I joined BCHA / Hyped in February 2009.
Something you didn’t know about me: I put my literary and creative talents to test at junior school - they were published in a poetry book called 'when I was ten'.
