The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS), offer expert debt help and a freephone advice service on 0800 138 1111, as well as a great debt advice tool that you can use on the internet called CCCS Debt Remedy. Their help is completely free, and the Debt Remedy tool is easy to use and can be filled in anonymously so you don't have to give any personal information.
