Our accommodation

Our houses offer different levels of support for the young people living there – from high (lots of) support to low (minimal) support.  This is not a label – it’s a way to ensure you are living somewhere best placed to help you.  The referral process depends on where the house is based.  Below is a list of our properties – click on each one to find out more about it.

Poole

Referrals need to be made via the Poole Housing Brokerage Service, which you can find by clicking here or by calling 01202 633933

• Robert Gabriel House: for 16–25 year-olds with medium to high support.
• Amica House::for 16–25 year-olds with low support.

Bournemouth

Referral routes vary for each house – so please follow the links to find out more.

• Fortuna House: for 16–21 year olds with high to intensive support. It includes emergency accommodation if you’re in immediate need of somewhere safe.
• Harbour House: for 16–24 year-olds with high support.
• Sevenoaks:for 16–21 year-olds with high support.
• Felix House: for 16–24 year-olds with medium support.
• Prince of Wales House: for 16–21 year-olds with low support.

Christchurch

Referrals need to be made via the Housing Services Team at Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ – or call 01202 495256 during office hours (9am-5pm).

• Dolphin House: for 16-25 year olds with high support.
• Somerset House: for 16-25 with medium support.
• Beech House: for 16-25 with low support.

East Dorset

Referrals can be made directly through our Waverley House scheme (01202 849597).  However, we recommend you also register with East Dorset Council Housing Advice Team at Enterprise House, Old School Close, Ferndown BH22 9UW, or calling: 01202 864200 during office hours (9am-5pm).

• Waverley House : for 16–25 year-olds with high support.
• Fiergen Court : for 16–25 year-olds with medium support, plus self contained flatlets for 16–25 year olds with low support.
• Leigh House: for 16–25 year-olds with medium support.
• Park View Lodge: for 16–25 year-olds with low support.

Oxford
